If you set the grenades to have a timer of one or two seconds, you can throw them upwards and hit some of the worms directly above you. On your next turn, you'll be using grenades with this worm, and firing them through the hole you created with the fire punch. In between this and your next turn, you may find that some worms kill themselves or each other. This worm will be doing a lot more of the damage than the other one. On your next worm, which is on the right, fire a bazooka just up to the left where there's a worm. This will allow you to throw grenades while being reasonably safe, however you will be attacked. With this worm, fire punch straight upwards. You should get the worm on the left as your first turn. You have two worms, and there's 10 enemies! Again, you have more health than the enemy worms (150 to 50). The video does this level in 1 minute 30 seconds. You should have enough time left to jump over to the exit. Use this rope to get over to the platform where the exit point is. Backflip onto the girder, and you'll run out of time for this turn.Ĭlimb the asteroid to the next crate, which will be a ninja rope. Place this girder just above where you are, and lower than the next platform (it looks like a brown asteroid). Climb up and collect the next crate, which is a girder. Collect the crate, which should be an electromagnet. On your next turn, equip the parachute, jump off the girder, and use the parachute to land on the next bit of land. This will end your turn as you take damage. Place a girder half way between you and the next platform. Collect the first crate, which has a parachute. Walk to the edge of this platform and jump down to the one on the right. So you start off on the left side of the area. You all also have an enemy on this map, but they spend a fair bit of time doing nothing. You'll have to be careful, as you will probably sustain fall damage, on purpose, while doing this. You have 2 minutes to complete this level. And if there's nothing you want to do on your turn, use the skipping rope to waste the turn.įor this level, you'll have to collect items and make it to the exit point before the timer reaches zero. Remember to use the blow torch to create 'corridors' in the ground you can go through. So try and plan moves ahead and work out what you can possibly do and when you can do it, based on what the enemy is and isn't doing. You'll have 15 minutes to complete this deathmatch, so while you have time, in the grand scheme of things, it's not much. You have an airstrike and a target missile, so use these to your advantage to try and do as much damage as possible while you're safely away from the enemy. You're weapons arsenal is fairly decent, with weapons unlocking after 2, 4 and 5 turns respectively. You will be quite outnumbered in this level, with you only have three worms with more health. You may find that the AI will end up attacking itself trying to get to you. My main advice would be to try and stay under the ground a little, and utilise this to place yourself under other enemy worms. This level is one of, if not the, longest levels of deathmatch in the game. Then run away.įrom here on out, the level is a bit more manageable, so take out the rest of the enemy worms. (If you're not sure what I'm on about, watch the video, it'll make a bit more sense). On your third turn, carefully use a jetpack to get your worm to the very top area, and place a mine near two of the worms. The AI may or may not attack each other and remove some of them for you (either on purpose on accident, I'm not entirely sure!). This may cause one, if not two, worms to die. The get to as far to the left of the top area as you can. On your second turn, get a worm up to the middle area using a jetpack (it's the area just above you), and lay a dynamite on the worm in the middle, to the left of it. Make sure to hit it directly for maximum damage. Use a bazooka to take out the worm at the bottom first. Again, you have more health than the enemy worms (150 to their 50). With three up the top, and one at the bottom. You'll have two worms, the enemy has eight. If you stay at the bottom, you'd be surprised how many 'good' shots the AI will be able to have on you. You'll need to try and move up the level, as this will cause the AI To have more trouble hitting you. This level can be incredibly hard if you stay at the bottom of the map.
